Advance in Allah's Path - Nouman Ali Khan

When you run after the Hereafter, the dunya will pursue you because you are pursuing Allah.

Allah Ta'ala said in the Quran: “O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah , you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little.”
( - Surah At-Tawbah, ayah 38.)

Verily Allah said that If we ask for dunya, and run after it only, then Allah will give Only of this Dunya to him, and he will not have any share in the Akhirah!!
But If he is in pursuit of Gaining Akhirah and its comforts , which is the Real Success, , Allah has promised that person that he will be granted the Success in  and comforts of both the Akhirah and this Dunya!!  See! Double Benefits for those who Believe and Work for both Akhirah and Dunya side by side!!

May Allah grant us Success in Both the Worlds, And Make us of Those who Pleases Him!  Ameein.

What Do People Do?

At Eid al-Adha, many Muslims make a special effort to pray and listen to a sermon at a mosque.
They also wear new clothes, visit family members and friends and may symbolically sacrifice an animal in an act known as qurbani.
This represents the animal that Ibrahim sacrificed in the place of his son.
